This introductory workshop will:

1- Explore the elements of dance and techniques of modern dance.

2- Focus on personal alignment to increase balance.

3- Emphasize movement through space.

4- Connect and apply the methods of modern dance to improve your tango dancing.

No prior dance experience necessary!!

 

What to wear: Please wear clothes you feel comfortable moving in (ex. workout or yoga clothes). We will do some work on the floor. Shoes are optional. If you would like to wear socks or "soft" shoes, that is fine.
